I started OTC because I wanted to bring that same no-fluff, high-impact approach to the federal and modernization space. We find cleared and uncleared talent in cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, DevOps, and AI—and we do it with speed and care.

On the home front, I’m married to a law enforcement officer, raising three awesome kids, and managing two dogs who think they run the place. My life’s a little chaotic, but I wouldn’t trade it. It’s also why I get the value of efficiency, trust, and follow-through.
