That experience shaped her belief that hiring should prioritize signal, technical ownership, and real-world contribution over volume and resumes. She is highly technical in her approach and known for using unconventional sourcing methods that extend beyond LinkedIn, including direct outreach into technical communities and validation of active code contribution. Her work emphasizes clarity, quality, and long-term outcomes rather than transactional placements.
Jessica is also the creator of CLARA Contracts, an AI application built to support complex government and enterprise contracting workflows. Building CLARA reinforced her philosophy that technology should reduce friction, surface better information, and support smarter decision-making, the same principles she applies to hiring. Based in Orlando, Florida, Jessica is a mother of three young children and the spouse of a federal detective. She is an active and proud supporter of the Central Florida Navy League and is deeply connected to the regional defense, government technology, and innovation ecosystem.
